Main Applications

Thermoplastic tubes equipped with heating functions, for urea SCR systems.
These are environmentally friendly products used in SCR systems to detoxify nitrogen oxides (NOx) contained in diesel engine exhaust gas.
We can offer tubes for transporting coolant (LLC) and tubes for transporting urea water (AdBlue🄬), both of which are in actual use.

Features

Hydrolysis resistance

Materials with excellent hydrolysis resistance are used for wetted parts.

Heat resistance

The inner and outer layers are made of materials with high heat resistance, so they can be used in high temperature environments.

Ease of pipe routing

We can support various shapes by forming (bending) tubes.
This can contribute to improve the ease of routing such as in narrow spaces. (internal pass-through, LLC type)

Defrosting capacity settings

With electric heater type urea SCR tubes, the defrosting capacity can be set individually for each item, to match the required performance.

Urea water tubes and LLC tubes are bound alongside each other, so the heat from LLC can be used to defrost the urea water. Since electricity is not used for heating, there is no power consumption.

Electric heater type SCR tubes

This is a method for defrosting urea water using electricity. There are two types: an internal pass-through type in which the heater wire passes through the inside of the tube and heats the fluid directly, and an outer winding type in which the heater wire is wound around the tube outer diameter and the fluid is heated from the exterior of the tube. Since the tubes for urea water have their own stand-alone defrosting functions, piping can be routed in narrow spaces. The defrosting capacity can be set to suit your requirements.

Properties for high water resistance and chemical resistance make them suitable for transferring urea water and LLCs. Excellent impact resistance and weather resistance for automotive and outdoor applications. High flexibility allows greater freedom in pipe routing.
