XChange XC-60
XChange XC-60
The XChange XC-60 combines high rigidity, a large-bore cylinder, and our unique cam mechanism. Its high tolerance to moment makes it suitable for such applications as changing hands during material handling operations that involve press machines. Among the Tool Change System of a similar size, the XC-60 was the first to include an engagement sensor as part of its standard specifications. The sensor ensures reliable and safe changing of tools in material handling operations. The XC-60's outdoor model is available on request.
Features and benefits:
- Large-bore cylinder and cam lock mechanism
- Built-in engagement sensor
- Diverse design variation availability
Typical applications:
- Taking out pressed or formed materials
- Handling materials in arc or spot welding operations
- Changing tools during flash removing, polishing, and assembling operations
- Changing arc torches, paint guns, or sealer guns
- Changing tools in water sanding operations (with the outdoor model)
