The
NITTA Tool Changer is fitted internally with
springs, and designed so that if the air
supply is interrupted by any chance, the
coupling cam operates on the chuck side (failsafe
mechanism). Under normal use, therefore,
there is no chance of the tool changer falling
and unchucking. However, if any of the situations
listed in the applications below occurs unexpectedly
during coupling, it is possible that tools
may fall and become unchucked. This product
is an optional extra designed to prevent
falling and unchucking under such unforeseen
conditions. |
